ISM | Internet Group utilizes proprietary reporting tools to measure both how a current site is performing, and how positioning changes after launching the new site. Reports will be emailed monthly to you, starting with the kickoff of the new project. As a standard, ISM | Internet Group recommends reporting once a month. However, reports can and will be run as frequently as you request them, both before and after launch of the new site.

Summary reports from ISM | Internet Group will include an overview of your company’s visibility on the search engines and statistics on search engine rankings. SEO trend and visibility will be summarized graphically. The summary report will also show total rankings that appear in the top 5, top 10, top 20, and top 30 matches across the search engines for the keywords used in the report. A summary will also be given on the number of rankings that moved up, moved down, and stayed the same since the last report.

With each reporting mission, ISM | Internet Group will provide you with a visibility report that provides information on how well the site is indexed by the most significant search engine. Search Engine
Saturation shows how many pages within your domain (yourcompany.com) are indexed by these search engines. ISM | Internet Group will analyze these reports continually, and will resubmit certain pages as needed during the process.

ISM | Internet Group will provide an engine report that gives a snapshot of how well your site is ranking for all keywords and phrases defined among the search engines. A summary of the last report will be given to see where rankings are improving, declining, or remaining stagnant. Specific keyword/key phrase information will be provided within a keyword report, which will show each keyword selected, and how the site ranks with each search engine for that keyword. This keyword report will provide the exact ranking (if in the top 30) for that date, or will summarize that the keyword doesn’t appear in the first 30 pages indexed for that keyword. As a standard, ISM | Internet Group measures these keywords on Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Additional keyword reporting for other search engines will be completed upon the request.

To help measure how well the site is being indexed, ISM | Internet Group will utilize listing and detail reports on a monthly basis. Listing reports will show specific internal pages of your site and how well they’re being indexed. Detail reports will provide the actual listing of each result in the top 30 results on the search engines, and will show the context in which they appear. This will aid future SEO efforts, as it will show specifically what pages (and what content within those pages) are being indexed.
Additionally, following initial propagation of your site, ISM | Internet Group will continually run alert reports to measure any achieved rankings that seriously decline. SEO efforts will be made in accordance with these reports.

ISM | Internet Group will include your competition as provided within the ISM Discovery Document, and provide regular reporting on how your site measures up to competitive sites for defined keyword phrases.
