ISM sponsorship latest contribution in ongoing support the Nashville digital community
NASHVILLE, TENN (02/23/10) – Industrial Strength Marketing continues its support of the Nashville digital community with sponsorship of Podcamp Nashville on Saturday, March 3rd from 8am to 4pm. Located again at Cadillac Ranch in downtown Nashville, Podcast Nashville is geared for sharing expertise about new media creation, distribution and promotion. 
 “With our sponsorship of Barcamp Nashville last fall, we were able to show Nashville’s digital community ISM’s commitment to promoting new media,” said James Soto, ISM CEO. “This is another great way to give back to this group and our industry as a whole.”

This one day event will host over 30 sessions that will focus on all areas of new media and podcast creation, production, distribution and promotion. Sessions will include “Intellectual Poperty in the Digital Age: What is it and how do you protect it?,” Building Trust – Why it is Time to Do So,” and “A User Experience Story:  Three ways to make your website more efficient, more effective and more usable.

An offshoot from Barcamp Nashville, Podcamp Nashville was started in 2009.  Podcamp Nashville has quickly become a complement to Barcamp Nashville, one of the city’s premier technology conference. Barcamp is an annual participatory-workshop event that includes attendees in interactive marketing, graphic design, web development, software programming, and social media networking.

Sessions begin at 9am, and are are free to all attendees. An after-party event will take place at The Big Bang immediately following the final workshop session at 4pm.
